Fruit wines are unique creations which encompass a wide array of fruit flavours, transformed into delicious alcohol beverages. Fruit wines are created via the fermentation of the juice of fruits other than grapes. These may be natural or fortified through the addition of distilled alcohol. It is usually observed that normal fruit wines contain no more than 14% alcohol, and fortified fruit wines contain no more than 22% in relation to the volume.
