Winemaker's Notes. This wine was grown and ripened in near perfect conditions for the Barossa. The red brown soil, double wire trellis, allowing both exposure to sun and shade to optimise the ripening of the fruit and cooling gully breezes combine to impart good flavour. Cold settling of the crushed, pressed juice, cool fermentation and gentle fining of the finished wine, have resulted in this wine imparting delicate, ripe peach flavours on the nose and a seamless fruit filled palate with a clean acid finish.
